As a mind body personal trainer and coach I am dedicated to helping you reach your goal safely whatever it may be. Most important we will have fun during each workout as we work toward helping you become more active, fit, and healthy!  I currently work with and have worked with seniors, clients with Parkinson's, MS, Rheumatoid Arthritis, and recovering stroke clients.  

I offer many convenient locations to exercise.  In-home training makes working out convenient for my clients.  I will come to your home and bring all the equipment needed for a fun workout.
